Once your application has been accepted, you will be sent further details as to how to place an order. Here is a basic overview:
We are able to custom compound: Tinctures, Teas, Powders, Capsules and Topicals.
1. Please Ensure Your Request is Available in the Apothecary: Before placing an order, please review the Google Sheet for a complete list of herbs currently in stock.
Payment: All orders must be pre-paid. If you are submitting an order on behalf of your patient, you can choose to have us bill them directly using their name and email.
Processing Times: Once we've received your payment, we will fill the order as soon as possible. Typical processing time is between 2 and 4 business days.
Urgent Orders: If your order is urgent, please select the option in the contact field. Urgent orders will incur a 15% service charge and will be processed by the following business day after receiving payment (barring any circumstances outside of our control).
Pick-up Orders: Depending on your selection, we will notify you or your patient via email when the order is ready.
Shipping: Rates and times are subject to terms and conditions of Canada Post. Tracking number will be provided to yourself or your patient when your package ships.
Refills for Patients: Once their formulas are submitted, your patients may order refills by using our General Order Form. You have the option to set the number of refills for each formula or write “unlimited” for each formula you submit. Once the patient has used up their refills you will need to resubmit this form if you would like them to continue re-ordering.
