ASHWAGANDHA (Withania somnifera)
Physiologically, Ashwagandha is a reproductive and adrenal tonic, Thyroid-stimulant, Adaptogenic (supports the body’s ability to adapt to stress and balances physiological activity), Immunomodulator, Anti-anemic (contains iron). Ashwagandha is a profoundly restorative and calming adaptogen and is invaluable in all cases of debility such as adrenal fatigue, convalescence, hypothyroidism. Though it is considered to nourish the entire body, it has a particular affinity for the nervous and endocrine systems and can help rebalance hormones, especially when stress is a factor. It has a modulatory effect on the immune system, raising white blood cell counts and strengthening disease resistance as well as reducing immune hyperactivity in auto-immune conditions. In the realm of mental health, it has proven beneficial for Generalized Anxiety Disorder, insomnia, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.
Psychospiritually, Ashwagandha brings a sense of grounded calmness and embodiment. About our Botanical Extracts
A "botanical extract" refers to the use of a solvent to extract the medicinal components of a plant, resulting in a more concentrated and available form. The strength of an extract is amount of starting material compared to the finished product, expressed as a ratio. We use 10:1 botanic extracts in our products, which means you get the equivalent benefits of 10 capsules of plant material in just one capsule!

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country.

Ancient Origins Medicinals has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. These charges must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released by customs. Returned or Abandoned Packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the package is returned to us safely, we may offer a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.
