Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country.
These fees are not included in your order total. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country. Ancient Origins Medicinals has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. These charges must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released by customs. Returned or Abandoned Packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the package is returned to us safely, we may offer a refund for the product cost minus shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.
