Ingredients: Juniper* (Juniperus communis), Uva-ursi* (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), Bucchu* (Barosma betulina), Marshmallow leaf* (Althaea officinalis), Horsetail* (Equisetum arvense).

Directions for use: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Cover, let steep for 15 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
Warnings: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Contraindicated in active kidney diseases. Not recommended for use beyond three weeks. If symptoms worsen, seek the advice of a healthcare practitioner
